1. Acceptance

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is entered into between you and CamperPass and governs your use of the CamperPass app and the camperpass.it website (the "Service"). By downloading, installing or using the Service you accept this EULA in full. If you do not accept it, do not use the Service.

2. Licence

CamperPass grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use only. The app is licensed, not sold.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

4. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app or by writing to info@camperpass.it.

5. User-generated content

You are solely responsible for the content you publish (stopover listings, reviews, photos, questions and answers). By publishing content you grant CamperPass a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute it within the Service. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights and that your content is not unlawful, offensive or misleading. CamperPass may remove content that breaches this EULA.

6. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Some features may be offered through a paid subscription. Purchases are handled by the store (App Store or Google Play) via RevenueCat: payment, auto-renewal and refunds follow the store's terms. You can turn off auto-renewal in your store account settings. Unless required by law, periods already paid for are non-refundable.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is". Data about stopover areas, facilities, prices and availability also comes from public sources and from users: CamperPass does not warrant that it is complete, current or accurate. Always check conditions, restrictions and local rules on site before parking. Using the map and navigation does not relieve the driver of the duty to drive safely and comply with traffic law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CamperPass is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including fines, vehicle damage or the unavailability of an area. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Term and termination

The licence remains in force until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach this EULA. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the app and deleting your account.

10. Apple devices

If you downloaded the app from the App Store: this EULA is between you and CamperPass, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In case of a failure of the app to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

11. Changes

CamperPass may update this EULA. Changes will be published on this page with the update date; continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and contact

This EULA is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. For any question: info@camperpass.it
