Free parking has just been opened because access or parking is not permitted on the SP55 access road to Neptune Cave. It's a very large, flat area. The shuttle to Neptune Cave departs from here for 5 euros. Departures every hour, with the last stop at 8:00 PM. The cave is paid for in cash upon arrival; reservations are required, which can be made online. You can also purchase a Family Alghero card, which, for a similar price, allows entry to various museums, ruins, etc. There's a path to the beach a 6-minute walk away.
