Camping am Sternsee

Newly opened campsite (2025) directly on Lake Sternsee. The operators are very friendly and accommodating. It's best to register quickly by phone (the number is on the website). Restroom facilities are contained in containers but are very clean and only for campers. Anglers also come to the lake during the day, but this isn't a problem. The village has a few small restaurants/inns, shops, and is a great starting point for cycling/mountain biking or hiking. It's very quiet in the evenings despite the nearby road, and the view of the mountains is priceless.
