Driving up the small paths next to the river you find this great spot, with a view across the straight. many spots on reasonably flat ground available. if you need 4g walk around a bit, some spots have full bars and some a bit less. during heavy rain you might have to cross the stream but it's very doable. any van with a little ground clearance van het here, but I'd advice against longer (6 ) meters and wider (2 ) vans. you could do it, but the road leading up leads through some small and twisty roads, and oncoming traffic might force you to reverse for a while. road is asphalt up till the last 100m but especially the later part has large potholes and some roaming goats. I did not find many spots in this stretch of Sicily, but this one has no trash, good 4g and a good view
