Roadside natural spring water source. A tight reach with a hose if you park right at the corner and do it at a quiet time of day. A supermarket/cafe just a few metres beyond who may let you use their large rear carpark for a peaceful night’s sleep after filling up with water. A push button tap also at the basilica nearby (street access ok) and also at the hermitage below the village (access apparently not ok for vans).
