Public parking on the edge of Caltagirone's old town. Right next to the public city park. Buses pass by frequently, which made the parking lot seem a bit safer to us. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the city center. A sightseeing train that runs through the city also stops here. It's not a service, but it's good for sightseeing. In April, there was no ticket machine, even though there are signs indicating that you need to buy a ticket. The bus driver said, "But parking is free."
