A few steps from Mount Adranone, an important archaeological site, the view extends to Lake Arancio, an artificial lake, Sambuca di Sicilia (ancient Zabut), and the Trapani coast. The Territory Surrounded by the scented air of the Mediterranean scrub, the farm is immersed in woods, olive groves, vineyards, and arable land. This land, rich in art and history, has always attracted local food and wine enthusiasts, offering a unique fusion of nature, culture, and tradition. An Ambitious Project Our family-run farm has decided to launch a special project: the cultivation of "Kore" wheat in the fertile Sambuca countryside. Our products are not only a tasting experience, but also an opportunity to discover the nature, culture, and history of Sambuca and the Belìce Valley. Quality Products Although recently established, the company is already making a name for itself in the medium-to-high-end restaurant sector, alongside a parallel line of quality wines. This is how our passion was born: cultivating the "Sun-Kissed" land and transforming our wheat into something "Harmoniously Magical." Our Beer: BirrArpa Our idea was to create BirrArpa, a beer produced exclusively with high-quality native ingredients. An innovative challenge in an area traditionally dedicated to viticulture. Unique Craft Beer BirrArpa is a young beer, not inspired by any traditional brewing style or standard flavors. Enriched with Mediterranean aromas and scents, it stands out for its originality and balance, respecting the land and celebrating the table.
