Parking for hikers and bikers was recommended to us by a local lady. Free. Without toilet, with "running" water (stream). From here, driving is prohibited, requiring a permit. Surrounded by nature, trees and mountains. From here, many hikers go to the top miles. Be sure to take waste with you.
