Parking lot of the Tannenberg mountain inn. The parking space is flat and you have a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains. There is space for 4-6 vehicles. We were able to drive to this place with our VW Crafter without any problems. Good starting point to take the bus to Kies (Mettmenbahn valley station) in 20 minutes or to hike directly. For the really sporty, you can also hike directly to the SAC Leglerhütte from this location in 5 hours. Cooling off in the Milchspüeler is also highly recommended. At the Garichti reservoir you can fish, rent boats, swim and hike with a permit. The hostess of the Tannenberg mountain inn is very friendly and there is a drinks fridge. You can of course also order food and drinks. Payment in cash or by Twint.
