Sutorina Eco Camp A small, wild camp with a "lost place" charm, right on the border. It's seen better days, but it's still open. You can still see some of the original operation and the spirit of the idea. The host is very nice, but doesn't speak English very well. It works with a translator app and sign language. If no one is there, contact us. Or at the café at the gas station 5 minutes away. We were there with a VWT5 and were alone in the camp. Space for 1-2 vans if you move the furniture out of the way. Large mobile homes will probably only fit one, as the camp is full of old trailers that could theoretically sleep in. Drinking water, toilets, cold showers, and solar lighting are available. The camp has an official website, but it doesn't reflect reality. No WiFi. You get there by turning onto a small road just before the first border crossing into Croatia, which runs along the border fence on the right. The camp is about 500 meters away.
