Parking is available on a quiet road, as the road ends in a dead end after 1 km. This is a ski resort only. When there's no snow, it's dead. From here, you can hike to the summit of Monte Volturino (2 km). Driving here is worthwhile for the fantastic panoramic mountain scenery you can enjoy while driving from Viggiano or Sasso di Castalda. About 900 meters before the destination, you'll pass three springs on the side of the road, spaced one after the other.
