The road ends here at a barrier. So there is nothing going on here and you have a terrible view of the city. The parking space has space for a camper and is unfortunately not complete. On top of that there is the typical problem in Italy that there is a lot of rubbish lying around. Despite this, the place can be recommended because you won't find a quiet place so close to the city and certainly not one with such a view.
