We spent a quiet night at the former picnic area. Access via a steep and narrow stone road. Max. 2.2m wide. Max. 2.5m high. We stood on the concrete slab, straight. Max. 5m long I would say. 4x4 is an advantage when it's wet, stones are slippery. Great with a dog. Water point was broken when we visited. Garbage is limited. The photo above was taken from the road with very little traffic. Unfortunately, the reservoir was almost empty when we visited. We felt safe as a couple with a dog. Access from Monteverde was OK. Very bumpy, be careful. Drive slowly. PS: 7m boats don't fit here!
