A very large, fairly flat parking lot, visible to everyone but in a relatively safe neighborhood for Naples. A bit noisy because the road in front is very busy. The parking lot itself isn't often used for parking; it's mainly a practice area for young drivers of cars and scooters. It's also a popular gathering place for young people in the evenings, especially on weekends, with drifting, music, firecrackers, and loud noises until 2:00 AM. No services and no security cameras. The southeasternmost section is used for a small clothing market in the mornings. A 10-minute walk from the Piscinola metro stop, which takes you to the city center for €1.50.
