According to the Forestry and Agriculture Service, overnight stays are NOT permitted and are monitored. The parking lot is located at the end of a mountain road (fee required: CHF 5). The mountain road is mostly gravel. It's still manageable for vans, but I wouldn't recommend anything larger. There's a fire pit with firewood next door.
