Melanie and Flavio Hug have been running the Sculmserhof farm since 2020. The farm is situated in a sunny location at 1000 meters above sea level in the beautiful Safien Valley and is managed according to Bio Suisse guidelines. The farm is home to mother cows, sheep, goats, chickens, donkeys, livestock guardian dogs, Border Collies, and cats. In the lovingly designed farm shop, you can buy eggs, meat, pasta, and other products from the Safien Valley (honey, ice cream, tea, etc.). Landcamp's partner farm is ideal for relaxing for a few peaceful days or for hiking or biking along the old valley road, crossing bridges, viaducts, and passing through tunnels. The famous Rhine Gorge (Swiss Grand Canyon) can be reached in about 20 minutes by car (50 minutes by bicycle). Lake Cresta is also accessible from the campsite by car or, for the more athletic, by bicycle. Or how about a trip to the Bonaduz Alp "il Bot" with a restaurant as a place to stop for refreshments
