TEMPORARILY CLOSED Baia Pizzomunno is a campervan stop located on Vieste's Lungomare E. Mattei, less than a kilometer from the center of Vieste and the famous sea stack. The facility overlooks Pizzomunno Bay and is opposite the wide, public Scialara beach, with fine sand and crystal-clear water. Just 10 meters from the entrance, the beach has a shallow, gently sloping seabed, making it ideal for children. The south-facing facility, with a direct view of Pizzomunno beach, enjoys the cool sea breeze in the evenings. In the immediate vicinity of the wide, public beach, there are also beach resorts with bars, restaurants, and musical entertainment. The center of Vieste, as well as all related services and businesses, are nearby and easily accessible by walking along the wide seafront without using your own vehicle or public transportation. Baia Pizzomunno covers an area of approximately 13,000 square meters. It features spacious pitches to allow guests to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday, along with additional common areas and spaces. The facility is equipped with lighting and video surveillance, electricity and water hookups from the Apulian Aqueduct, and a scheduled public shuttle service to and from the town. Inside the facility, in addition to the management office, there is a service building with hot showers, toilets, footbaths, a disabled toilet, and sinks for dishes and laundry. Baia Pizzomunno is also the only RV park in the Gargano region equipped with a steel sump and Camper WC Wash system, a fully automated and self-cleaning system, to offer a reliable, hygienic, and high-performance service.
