Massive parking lot, just outside the santa Barbara motorcross. we parker here Sunday to Monday and there was no one else in sight, we had the whole place to ourselves. I don't think the motocross site is used regularly, perfect for a 1 night rest, we tried to stay in a campersite further back but it was full so this did us well there is also a winery 200m walk from the parking.
