Alto Matanna refuge car park. To spend the night I asked the owners, who kindly accepted my request. Quiet night. During the day, especially at the weekend, parking is full of cars, but we have always been along paths. When we returned to the camper, the cars were almost all gone ... The managers I know personally by now are happy to host the campers: it would be logical to have a meal at the refuge or buy their products (cured meats, meat, cheeses ... ..) you can admire horses, cows, goats, fallow deer, wild boars, geese, peacocks, pigs. the road to get there is not the best, I recommend arriving at dinner time so as not to find anyone coming down and leaving after lunch after 4pm.
