It's a parking lot for a cave, but it seems to be closed off-season. That's why there was absolutely no one there. You're right next to rocks and bushes, and you can walk down towards the water. We saw a couple fishing by the water. There are also many bike paths nearby, and about 400 meters away is a small village.
