A few free parking spots along the road, right in front of the post office and Police station. From here you can catch the free shuttle bus into the Vrata Valley to climb Triglav or do other hikes. Parking in the National Park is crazy expensive. I cam here late in the evening to sleep and left the car at 4am until late afternoon, no problem. I would suggest it only for smaller (not so obvious) campers and vans.
