Beautiful place accessible via a gravel road that was badly damaged by the rain when we were there. (No prohibition sign) Can recommend the place for 4x4 vehicles, but also made it up with a VW bus, but it is borderline. On the mountain is a former military radar system that is now used as a weather radar system. You can stand perfectly at ground level and there is enough standing room. There is an outhouse with toilet paper and a small picnic table with a campfire pit next to it. The mountain is probably a popular hiking/cycling destination during the day. When we were there, we only met a friendly jogger at 7 am.
