Right by the river, grassy and flat. Really nice night spent here, quiet and peaceful. Weekends are busy, on the Saturday night there were people playing music etc. I can imagine summer (was here in April) would be busier with people swimming in the river. There are a few spots along the river but this was my favourite. You have to take a small track alongside the river not the ‘main’ dirt road to get here. Some noise from the nearby animal shelter (lots of dogs barking) but it’s not too bad and none at night.
