Camp Prodnik Is a newly arranged camp in Okonina in the Savinjska Valley. The camp is open all year round. We offer our guests excellent homemade food, camping in nature and peace, the possibility of a buffet breakfast and bicycle rental. It is a small camp, which is arranged as part of more famous Sport Center and guest house Prodnik, where we also offer rooms. The camp is arranged right next to the guest house, 50m from the river Savinja, where there are 12 camping plots for motorhomes, caravans and motorbikes, and 20 places for pitching tents. All plots have electricity and water. As part of the new camp, a modern sanitary facility has been arranged, which is heated and adapted for disabled people. there is also a modernly arranged space for servicing motorhomes. Dogs are also welcome at Camp Prodnik, who have their own shower, but they can also bath in Savinja. The location of Camp Prodnik is interesting for enjoying by the river, where you can also swim in the summer months, and rafting and kayaking and canoeing along Savinja are possible (but next year because of the floods). The camp offers also bicycle rental and Savinja offers an excellent fishing experiance. From the camp, there are many hiking and biking trails through the local mountains, you can go to Golte or take a trip to Logar valley and Rinka waterfall. You can go to Mozirje, where you can also visit the Blumen park. we also recommend visiting the snow Cave, which is the highest lying tourist Cave in Slovenia, by bike along the Solčava panoramic road, the ethnic village in Luče and flossing museum in Ljubno.
