Upon arrival, please call (or ring) us before entering. Furthermore, as the access bridge is limited, we can only accommodate vehicles with a maximum length of 6 meters. An affordable, quiet, and bright location on our small organic family farm. We are located in the countryside, yet close to the motorway exit; Mogliano Veneto train station is 4 km away, a short train ride from Venice Santa Lucia. Ideal for two- or four-wheel enthusiasts. We offer bicycle rental for €3 per day, subject to availability. You can also purchase eggs, fruit, and vegetables grown on site, subject to availability. Guests have access to a tent for cooking, eating, and playing table tennis and foosball, as well as a toilet, sink, and washing-up bowl. The farm has many shaded and sunny areas. In addition to the agri-camping area, you can walk and explore the grounds, provided you follow a few common sense and safety rules. The only off-limits areas are the chicken coops and duck pens, the horse paddock, our house, and our courtyard garden. During your stay, you can always count on us; we are available to provide information on public transportation and places to visit. If you come to visit us, you will certainly meet our goats and ponies, as well as our chickens and ducks. Note: For optional services (bicycles, washing machine, electricity, Wi-Fi, and dog kennel), please inquire well in advance. It is not possible to empty the contents of the chemical toilet into the toilets. Following several negative experiences, we strongly advise against staying here for two categories of people: those who, staying at a €20-a-night farm, expect the service of a €100 hotel; and those who, instead of reporting any problems so we can resolve them, rely on reviews to attack us from afar after their departure. In order to continue welcoming our guests with complete peace of mind while continuing our agricultural work, we are committed to excluding this type of behavior from our farm.
