The waterfalls at Monticelli Brusati, in the Gaina Valley are probably magnificent in the spring, but in this hot July: not a trickle of water and a few mosquitoes. Nice walk however under the forest shade. For the tranquility of the inhabitants and given the narrowness of the alleys, park in one of the 4 car parks made available. P4 is the closest to the start of the hike and the flattest, but very busy with locals, prefer P3, which is quite calm and almost flat.
