We stayed there for two days and nights last year. We also spent one night on the square below. It's very busy in the summer, as there are a lot of cars parked there to go to the beach. I even spoke to someone from the tennis club who said it was okay to stay there. It's a very quiet area, great for sleeping. Everything is easily accessible from there.
