This is a parking about 30 minutes of walk to Old City. It is very chip- under this parking is another one. The shop is in near area. Dubrownik is hard to park your car. We bought ticket for all day and drive to old city by bus - it is better to but a buy a ticket in kiosk - it is about 1,72 euro. If you buy a ticket in a bus (bus driver - you would pay 2,50 euro).
