Pam/Penny supermarkets, 2 Pharmacies, pizzerias, and restaurants within 500 meters. A new bike path runs through the entire city, opening in 2025. Electricity not included, payable on consumption. Charges can be made with a credit or debit card (if you don't have a card, we'll charge you). It costs approximately 3-4 euros per day, depending on what you use. Swimming pool included in the price, with sun loungers and umbrellas. A 1,000-square-meter dog walking area with toys and a dog-washing area, a barbecue area, heated bathrooms in winter, with hot water for face washing and dishwashing (and music).
