Calm down Gruyere!!! Parking space surrounded by nature. You can find a table at the crossroads (where we had an aperitif with the sunset and a magnificent view of Gruyère) and another next to the square in question. Next to the site there is also a drinking water source (for the cows). And yes, Switzerland for its drinking water resources is incredible. The terrain is not completely flat. There are no restrictions specified in the region, but we know that the canton of Freiburg does not accept wild camping. A road limited to 30 km/h borders the site but there is very little traffic. In the morning and afternoon some walkers go out. A little further down is also the Chalet Neuf bar. This region is magical, the sound of cow bells is relaxing, the birds, nature, so respect it!!!
