We ended up here at the fortress seeking shelter during the heavy floodings. Had to stay here for several days waiting for roads to reopen. Not sure how locals would react in normal times when staying here for a night, but to us everyone was really friendly and helpful. Village is only 200m down the road. Decent public toilet, playground for children, great panoramic views and fresh water tab available. If you have a long enough water hose you could fill directly from tab, we used buckets to fill up our tank. Another option is to drive down /- 100m towards the village, on the right where the stairs go down there's a water hose, if there's no traffic this could be an option.
