Quiet and hidden parking lot to spend a few nights if visiting the area. I stayed with no problem. Perfect resting spot. My van is a 6m. The only “negative” is that the parking is always full, there are more parking areas nearby and you have cars pretty close to the van, but not a major! They have trash containers at the parking entrance. 2 minutes from the centre of the beautiful Biot.
