This is street parking which really helps to go and visit Monte Carlo. We parked here on a Saturday afternoon ,the ticket was valid into Monday morning at 9 am. Walk down to Av du Professor Langevin and there’s stairs that take you all the way to the center of Monte Carlo with electric travelator stairs going up for the return journey! Slight slope.
