Safe residential area. We couldn’t find a spot on the parking up the road marked on map( which is really dirty by the way) but were lucky enough to find a perfectly flat place on this hill and stayed on weekend for 3 nights to visit Rome without any problems. Vatican is around 30minute walk away. Up on the hill 10 minutes walk away is a great viewpoint to the city, playground and dog park. Lots of bakeries, grocery stores and cafes less than 5min away. Drinking water fountain (no thread) up the hill in the park. You’re lucky if you find a place here
